Summer Promotion Package Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Summer Promotion Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Summer Promotion Package Terms
- All Summer Promotion Packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Any unused lessons or services remaining after 60 days will be forfeited.
- Pick-up and drop-off for all lessons are available at our office locations only:
- 405 Rogers Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11225
- 1958 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210
- Home pick-up and drop-off are not included with any Summer Promotion Package.
- All sales are final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for promotional packages.
Driving Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, you must contact the school by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
- Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being forfeited.
- A $30 rescheduling fee will apply if a lesson is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- This policy also applies to lessons scheduled for the same day.
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made during normal business hours.
5-Hour Class Cancellation Policy
To cancel a 5-hour pre-licensing class, you must notify the school at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date.
- Failure to provide proper notice will result in the loss of the $60 registration fee.
Road Test Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel a reserved vehicle for a road test, you must contact the school at least 72 hours before the scheduled road test appointment.
- Failure to provide 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of both the road test appointment and the reserved vehicle.
- If you request to reschedule a confirmed road test appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
- If you schedule your own road test appointment, all cancellation and rescheduling policies still apply.
Road Test Locations We Service
We provide road test services only at the following locations:
- Seaview Avenue
- Starrett City
- Beverly Road
- Ditmas Avenue
We do not provide road test services in:
- Red Hook
- Coney Island
- Queens
- Bronx
- Staten Island
- Long Island
If we cannot accommodate a road test appointment that you scheduled independently, you will be required to reschedule for another available date.
Weather Conditions
In the event of rain, snow, or other adverse weather conditions, please do not assume that lessons or 5-hour classes are canceled.
If conditions are determined to be unsafe, the school will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Student Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for all lessons. Late arrivals will result in a shortened lesson.
- Bring your valid learner’s permit (or driver’s license for adult learners) to every lesson.
- Students are responsible for keeping track of all scheduled lessons and road test appointments.
- Additional lessons beyond a package will be charged at the current single-lesson rate.
- We cannot guarantee the same instructor or vehicle for every lesson. Changes in instructor or vehicle are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
- Students are responsible for retrieving any personal belongings left in lesson vehicles.
- Cell phone use is prohibited during lessons.
- All scheduling and cancellation requests must be made by phone during business hours.
- Students are responsible for keeping their contact information current at all times.
- Lessons and road test services are non-transferable and may not be shared with family members or friends.
Road Test Vehicle – No Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be issued for the use of our vehicle for a road test if:
- You arrive late or fail to appear for the appointment.
- You fail to bring the correct and valid documentation, including:
- Learner’s Permit (DJ for under 18 or D for 18 and older)
- Valid 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Certificate
- Valid immigration or visa documentation, if applicable
- You are not adequately prepared for the road test or are unable to proceed due to nervousness.
- If under 18 years of age, you fail to bring a properly completed and signed MV-262 form.
- You fail to comply with license restrictions, such as forgetting required corrective lenses.
- Any DMV issue, fee, restriction, suspension, or requirement prevents you from taking or scheduling a road test.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
It is the student’s responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Pierre Paul Driving School reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, content, or business operation at its sole discretion.
