Road Test Locations Near Old Town
1. Fox Hill DMV Road Test Site
Direction – Take the Staten Island Expressway West and exit at Clove Road. Follow the road until you reach Richmond Road, then make a left turn. At the subsequent intersection, turn left onto Narrows Road South. Stay in the right lane and proceed until you reach the end, then make a left turn onto Mosel Avenue. Typically, pull over to the right beneath the underpass and get in line.
2. Staten Island Road Test Site #2 (Mariner’s Harbor)
Direction – Take Staten Island Expressway I-278 and exit at South Avenue. Make a right turn onto South Avenue and continue until you reach Forest Avenue. Turn right onto Forest Avenue. Drive one block to Grandview Avenue and make a left turn. The line forms on the right side of Grandview Avenue, facing Netherlands Avenue. The line’s starting point is behind Kohl’s Department Store, not in the parking lot.
