1. Snug Harbor Road Test Site
Direction: Take 440 North and then 278 East towards Verrazano Bridge. Then take Exit 9 (Rte 440 North Bayonne) and follow it to Exit 12, leading to Forest Avenue. Turn right onto Forest Avenue, then left onto Jewett Avenue. Finally, make a right onto Richmond Terrace, and you’ll find Snug Harbor Road with road test signs. Be sure not to pass the last sign.

Location: Richmond Terrace and Snug Harbor Road Staten Island, NY 10301
Direction: After crossing the Verrazano Bridge, exit onto Route 14 towards Hylan Blvd. Merge onto Narrows Road North, make a left onto Hylan Blvd, continue onto Steuben Street, then use the right two lanes to turn right onto Hylan Blvd. Next, make a left onto Guyon Avenue, followed by a right onto Mill Road. Finally, after 0.2 miles, turn right onto Dugdale Street.
